- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped through our courier partners.

- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies

- We currently ship only within India
- International shipping is not available at this time

- UMAAF is not responsible for:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to unavailability
📦 Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned due to:
- Wrong address
- Customer not available
- Refusal to accept order
